More Support Than Weekly Therapy. Less Disruption Than Leaving Home.
Our Services
Maybe weekly therapy used to be enough, and now it isn’t. Maybe you’re getting through the day but not really living it. Or maybe someone you love is struggling, and you can see that they need more than they’re getting.
Woodside’s mental health programs fill that gap. Our partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs give you several hours of structured care, several days a week, while you continue to sleep at home.
What We Help With
Many people are also dealing with alcohol or drug use. If that’s part of your story, our dual diagnosis approach treats both together.

Mental Health Program

Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with a dedicated clinician who takes the time to understand your unique experiences, needs, and goals. This personalized approach fosters a trusting relationship, allowing for deeper exploration of your thoughts and feelings, and facilitating more effective treatment.

Participate in therapeutic sessions with a small group of peers who share similar experiences. This environment nurtures a sense of connection and belonging, enabling participants to provide mutual support, share insights, and learn from one another. Group dynamics can enhance personal growth and help develop important social skills.

Benefit from treatment strategies grounded in research, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT focuses on identifying and altering negative thought patterns and behaviors, while DBT emphasizes emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, providing you with practical skills to manage life's challenges.

Access comprehensive psychiatric services, including evaluations and ongoing medication management when necessary. This ensures that any psychiatric conditions you may face are appropriately addressed, which can enhance the effectiveness of your overall treatment plan.

Include your family in the therapeutic process. Engaging family members allows them to understand your journey and equips them to be supportive of your progress. Family therapy sessions can address dynamics that affect your well-being and foster healthier communication and relationships at home.

Upon completion of the program, receive a step-down plan that facilitates your transition back into everyday life while maintaining essential support structures. This plan will outline ongoing resources and strategies to help sustain your progress and prevent relapse as you navigate challenges ahead.
Woodside is purpose-built and small by design. That means fewer people in the room, more time to be heard, and a team that notices when something changes. Our goal is simple: help you feel steady again, and give you the tools to stay that way.
If you’re in crisis: Woodside is an outpatient program and is not an emergency service. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
