Our Services

Recovery Doesn't Fit One Template

Addiction manifests differently for everyone. For some, it is alcohol that gradually takes over their evenings. For others, it might be opioids, stimulants, or prescription medications that began with a legitimate purpose but became problematic. Many individuals also struggle with underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma.

At Woodside Rehab, our treatment begins with understanding your unique story. From there, we create a personalized plan that takes into account the level of care, schedule, and support you truly need.

About Us

Substances We Treat

Woodside treats substance use disorders involving:

  • Alcohol
  • Opioids, including fentanyl, heroin, and prescription painkillers
  • Benzodiazepines
  • Cocaine and methamphetamine
  • Prescription stimulants
  • Marijuana
  • Polysubstance use

A note on withdrawal: Stopping some substances, especially alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioids, can be dangerous without medical support. If you may need detox, call us first. We’ll help you get safe, supervised care before outpatient treatment begins.

Our Addiction Treatment

What Treatment Includes

The treatment program encompasses a comprehensive approach designed to address the complexities of substance use and promote long-term recovery.

Individual Therapy

Participants engage in one-on-one therapy sessions to explore the underlying issues contributing to their substance use. This individualized focus allows for a deeper understanding of personal triggers and challenges, facilitating tailored strategies for meaningful change.

Group Therapy

In small group settings, individuals share their experiences and challenges in a supportive environment. This intimate setting fosters connection, empathy, and mutual encouragement, making it feel like a safe haven rather than a performance for an audience.

Evidence-Based Approaches

Our program utilizes proven therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for managing emotions and improving interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, we focus on relapse prevention, preparing for challenges after treatment.

Mental Health Care for Co-Occurring Conditions

Recognizing that many individuals face mental health challenges alongside substance use, our dual diagnosis approach provides integrated care. This ensures that both issues are addressed concurrently, leading to a more effective and holistic recovery process.

Family Involvement

When appropriate, we involve family members in the treatment process. This engagement helps to rebuild trust and communication within the family dynamic, which is critical for supporting the individual’s recovery journey and fostering a positive home environment.

Aftercare Planning

Recognizing that recovery is an ongoing process, we initiate aftercare planning early in the treatment program. This proactive approach ensures that participants have a robust support system in place as they transition out of the program, helping to sustain their recovery and prevent relapse.
